PACKET PICK-UP FAQ'S
Yes, you may pick up for a friend/family member or send someone to come in and pick up for you! You just need a copy of their email with the QR Code!
If you can't make either of our two timeslots for advanced packet pick up, yes, you'll be able to pick up on race morning.
Yes, you can register (online) and pick up your packet/swag within seconds of clicking 'submit'!
If you can't make it to advanced packet pick up AND have to miss out on the race, you will not get a packet/swag. We will not mail swag bags or hold them. All left-overs are immediately recycled or donated to the Charity Partner.
If you can't run for any reason, please feel free to still pick up your packet at advanced packet pick up or on race day.
TEAMS/FAMILIES:
If you signed up with a group/team, ALL of our packets will be bundled together for pick up at ONE TIME. Please send ONE person, the Team Captain, to pick up the whole team's packets. No exceptions; we will not separate teams' bibs.
